So I kinda have the same issue, I go to an unknown location on the map marked with a question mark, under the ? mark is a cave blocked by debris (mostly wood and branches). So I use fire to burn the entrance but it doesn't seem to work. Once the fire dies down the blockage is still intact, whacking it with the club doesn't work as well.
There really is no quest journal. Look closely on the map when you see those orange spots. Some have a little question mark on them, and some don't. The ones with a question mark are questgivers, while the ones without are the actual quest. So interacting with a questgiver will make another orange spot appear on the map somewhere. The Big Darwa Fort is situated at the entrance into the Udam land. It is a very heavily fortified fort and can be a real challenge if you don't have the later Skills or upgraded equipment. It IS doable with a lower level Takkar. You can approach this fort just like you approach any outpost. But expect it to be a lot harder.

What is this? Ull's Daughter (unofficial name), is a minor character in Far Cry Primal, she, along with her brother, are the children of Ull, and part of the Udam tribe. Ull's Daughter was born to Ull and an unknown mother, she is the eldest of Ull's children. Her background is never shown in game, however, it can be assumed that she was well taken care of, as she was the child of the tribe's leader. In the if game stuck on splash SOLUTION here is solution: If you use Uplay (and not steam version), open Far Cry Primal/bin folder and delete all 3 files that have "steam" in their name. Then try to run the game again. If you are unsure which files exactly to delete, simply delete all files inside "bin" folder and then run "Verify files" in Uplay. emETrbo.
